Fi'il saheh mudho'af is fi'il saheh which originally had 3 perfect letters. Because there are 2 letters that are the same, then these two letters are merged into one and become tasydid. For example رَدَّ (reply), the origin is رَدَدَ. Fi'il shahih mudha'af only has wazan in chapters 1, 2, and 4 of tsulatsy mujarrad.
